CJKR Marine Packaged Air Conditioner
Application:
CJKR Marine packaged air conditioner units have two types,Which are cooling type and cooling and heating type,The cooling air conditioner type is mainly composed of air filter,air cooler,marine certrifugal fan,refrigerating compressor,marine high-efficiency condenser,liquid supply solenoid valve,thermostatic expasion valve,electircal control cabinet and instrument cabinet etc.Diffusion box and mixed box are used as the associated requirement of the unit,The opening position and dimension of their nozzles will be arranged as per the requirement of the user.
Cooling and heating type air conditioner units is formed by adding an additional set of heating device based on the cooling type air conditioning unit.
ALL components of this unit are already assembled by the manufacture.Also pressure test,vaccum test for cooling system are already done,Sufficient amont of R404A gas is filled in.
Features:
1.Pay attention not to damage any componet of the tube system and the unit during lifting.wodden plate shall be used as protection pad for wall face in order to protect the body from damage.
2.The shipyard need only install the water inlet/outlet valve and water inlet/outlet thermometer on the cooling water pipeline of the condenser.
3.Connect the power cable to the power line terminal in the control box,lay out the alarming line etc.
4.Nozzle for water drain port on the unit shall be connected to the water down port of the air conditioning unit on the desk ,water seal of the nozzle must be over 100-150mm.
