Characteristics:good oil resistance property、water resistance property、anticorrosion of oil and water alternation、abrasion resistance、good adhesion, film firm.
Uses:mainly use for anticorrosion of shipping boat deck freeboard inside, as a use of primers.

Mixing ratio: Host crystal/Firming agent=8/1(by weight)
Standard film thickness: Dry: 50μm/coat
Academic spreading rate: 0.13kg/ m2/50μm
Solid contents: 77%
Humidity requirement: below 85%

Drying time & Coating interval

Substrate treatment：Remove rust、oxide skin by abrasive blasting,reached ISO Sa2.5 grade or remove rust by hand electrically, reached St3 grade

Applicable substrate: Unpainted steel
Applicable upper coatings: Polyurethane finish、acrylic acid finish、alloprene finish
