0.25m3/h Bilge Separator

The YWC-0.25 type Bilge Separator is used to separate oily water in bilge to make the discharge water meet the requirements of IMO MEPC.107 (49) Resolution.

YWC-0.25 type Bilge Separator is mainly constituted by the 1st stage coalescer, the 2nd stage filter, the 3rd stage membrane, electric control box, oil content meter, MONO pump, pneumatic valve, pressure controller, temperature controller and so on.

The combination offers of Bilge Separator include level controller and bottom valve.

The Bilge Separator also called 15ppm Bilge Separator.

2. Main function:

a) The control box can control the start and stop of pump manually and automatically;

b) The control box has power supply indicator, operation indicator and fault alarming indicator

c) The control box has Synthesis Fault Alarming Remote Transmission.

d) The control box functions together with bilge level controller.

3. Main function

The Bilge Separator adopts electrical heating; the 1ststage cone wave plate gravity and coalesce separation; the 1stand the 2ndstage fiber filter and the 3rdstage membrane permeation in order to make the treated bilge water meet the requirements of discharge standard of the resolution of IMP MEPC.107 (49).
