Introduction: J907Cr is a kind of low-alloy high strength steel electrode with low-hydrogen natrium type coating. DC. The electrode should be connected to the positive terminal. All-position welding.

Uses: Used for welding pressure vessels made of low-alloy high strength steel with tensile strength of about 880MPa and some other structures, such as 14CrMnMoVB, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, etc.

Instructions:
1.The electrodes must be baked under 400℃ for an hour before welding, put into a 50-100℃insulation can and taken as soon as they are needed so as to reduce the hydrogen content in the weld metal and decrease the crack tendency.
2.The stains on the weldments like rust must be cleared away, and the weldments must be preheated to about 200℃.
3.Weldments can be tempered under 600-650℃ after welding so as to eliminate internal stress.
