Marine Steam Heater

Specification:

The heating unit with 0.3Mpa saturated steam as the heating medium,is a critical equipment in main engine room,auxilary machinery compartment and other compartments.When the ship is pulled in and the ambient temperature is close to 0℃,The unit must be started to keep the temperature in each compartment above 0℃ to avoid the damage of the equipment and pipelines inside due to low temperature and facilitate the preparation for next voyage of the ship.

Installation:

When the installation,care must be taken to avoid damage or deformation of the casing by collision.

Connect corresponding pipes according to the drawing,The pipes can be put into use only when 0.6Mpa pressure test is satisfactory.

Make sure the face sequence of fan electric motor is correct to ensure the correnct air bow direction.

The diameter of pipe which guides the steam in shall not be less than that of the steam inlet pipe of the unit,In addition Filter(≮80 mesh/in) shall be installed inside the steam inlet pipeline.

Steam blocking and drain valve shall be installed at the steam condensate port to automatically drain the steam condensate in the equipment and prevent the steam from leaking.
