Introduction: W907Ni is a kind of low temperature steel electrode containing Ni with low-hydrogen natrium type coating. DCRP (Direct Current Reversed Polarity). All-position welding. The weld metal still has excellent impact toughness under -90℃.


Uses: Used for welding 3.5Ni low temperature low-alloy steel structures under -90℃.

Instructions:
1.The electrodes must be baked under about 350℃ for an hour before welding, and used as soon as baking is completed.
2.The weldments must be preheated under about 150℃ before welding to avoid cracks.
3.If the stress in the weldments needs eliminating, they should be tempered under 600-650℃ after welding.
