Oil/Gas Chain-drive Drilling Rig
Features of Oil/Gas Chain-drive Drilling Rig:
- Conforming to API standards and HSE requirements;
- Operating from -35℃ to +50℃;
- Powered by 3 sets of 2000 or 3000 series diesel engines with coupler or hydraulic torque converter transmission;
- Grooved drawworks drum;
- The main brake is hydraulic disc brake or band brake and the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake;
- Drawworks is equipped with assistant lifting device;
- Main drawworks adopts pneumatic tube clutch for shifting gear;
- Heavy main drawworks is placed at lower position;
- Drill floor is swing type structure - compact and easy to rig up;
- K-type mast without pulling rope is fit for assembly at ground level and rigs up as one unit;
- Adopting integrally sealed chain box and forced lubrication for compound transmission chains;
- Equipped with heavy-duty mud pump with cardan shaft transmission - easy to be installed;
