1. Hydrophore System

A hydrophore system is used in tall buildings and marine environments to pump, store and supply fresh or grey water. Such a system will consist of one or more chambers with valves, sensors and pipework.
Often under pressure and in combination with a calorifier, hydrophore chambers can provide hot or cold fresh or sea water to a ship in a controlled manner, and provide additional regulatory measures, such as temperature and pressure control.

3. Principle description

The device uses the pressure water pumped by water pump in tank to compress air so as to keep the water in tank under a proper pressure for the use on board.
Liquid level meter: to show the water level condition in tank.
Pressure gauge: to show the pressure in tank.
Pressure controller: to control the start and stop of water pump. When the pressure in tank is under 0.3Mpa, the water pump will start to feed water into tank until the pressure reaches 0.4Mpa.
Safety valve: When the pressure in tank is more than 0.42Mpa, the safety valve will open to release the pressure in tank.
Charge valve: to charge the compressed air into tank.
Discharging valve: to empty the water in tank when maintaining.
Control box: The control box is designed with two control modes, one is manual control, the other one is auto control. It is equipped with main water pump, spare water pump and change-over switch SA3. If select the main water pump, please turn the change-over switch SA3 to “Main”, if select spare water pump, please turn SA3 to “Spare”. When the change-over SA2 is turned to “manual”, the main water pump or spare water pump will be start to work manually. When the change-over switch SA2 is turned to “auto”, the device will enter into auto work. When the high pressure controller detects the pressure in tank has reached 0.4MPa, the main water pump or spare water pump will stop working.
